Each parcel moves quietly through our network, sealed against tampering and tracked until it reaches your hands. Precision isn’t optional here — it’s part of the job.


Processing Time

Each order is hand-checked before it leaves our base.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and preparation before dispatch.


Delivery Timeframes

We ship exclusively with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across the country.
Once dispatched, your parcel typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or regional addresses may take slightly longer, even the best operations take time to reach the edges.


Shipping Area

For now, our deliveries are limited to within Australia only.
International shipping is not yet part of this operation — but it’s on the blueprint.


Tracking

Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Follow the trail from our vault to your doorstep in real time.

However, during peak periods, severe weather, or unexpected postal delays, shipments may take a little longer to arrive. When that happens, we’re monitoring it closely and doing everything we can to keep your drop on schedule.
